Questions

Why is there no password?

Passwords are a second, weaker credential guarding data your account already proves it owns. Instead we email a one-time sign-in link that expires in 15 minutes. There is nothing to remember, leak or reuse.

I didn't get the sign-in email.

Check your spam folder first. Sign-in email delivery is currently in limited beta while our sending domain finishes warm-up, so links can be delayed or, for some inboxes, not yet arrive. If it doesn't turn up, request another in a few minutes or email support@geoq.io.

How do I upgrade to a paid plan?

Paid plans (Starter, Growth, Scale) open soon — pricing is final and public. Your key and integration won't change when you upgrade: the same key simply gets a bigger quota.

Is my sign-in link safe to click?

The link signs in only the browser that requested it and works once, within 15 minutes. We never store your password because there isn't one, and the session cookie is sent only to ctl.geoq.io.
